Let me start off by saying that you don’t have to want to be ripped with big bulging muscles to get some good use out of this book. It has some great steps to help you tone your body and start getting into shape.
With that said, Bodybuilding for Beginners by Kyle Hunt is an excellent resource if you’re trying to get fit, no matter who you are. It’s more than a book about lifting weights, it’s a guide to building muscle and getting toned healthily.
The book starts with the basics, like finding a gym, making a workout plan, and listing essential techniques. It includes excellent nutrition tips, which makes it stand out. You don’t have to join a gym to benefit from this book; Most of the exercises can be done from home if you have the right equipment (and some of them require no equipment at all).
Starting with warm-ups, you’ll find fitness techniques for all the muscles you want to work on. The book finishes off with an actual 12-week guide filled with the exercises you need to do to build muscle and burn fat.
