Whether you’re new to herbal healing or you’re looking for some new recipes to try out when it comes to herbal medicine, The Healing Power Of Herbs offers some good information to get you on a healthier life path.
Within the pages of this book, you’ll learn the basic uses of 30 common herbs that you can grow right in your own home or backyard. Along with the information on the herbs, the author also shares some of her tried and true recipes that will assist you in healing what ails you.
What I loved most about this book is the way it is put together. Each section focuses on one herb (in alphabetical order). The recipes for each herb are right there with the basic information on it. It’s easier to find the recipe you’re looking for this way, instead of having them all thrown together after you read about each individual herb. And, if you find yourself unable to pinpoint an herb or recipe you were looking for, there is a remedy index and an ailment index.
